In the tension between what is and what could be - we begin.

I believe healing begins not in fixing, but in facing—with courage, honesty, and compassion.

At AWF Counseling, we provide individual therapy for adolescents, adults, and couples with an intersectional approach. We believe every person and every relationship is unique. While others may share similar struggles, your experiences, identity, and story are your own—and deserve to be honored.

Our counselors practice cultural humility, recognizing that no one is a monolith and that we are all shaped by our backgrounds in different ways. Whether you are seeking support as an individual, in your marriage, or in your partnership, you’ll find a safe and inclusive space here. All are welcome, and all are supported.

Tiffany Hall

I’m a licensed professional with a Master’s in Counseling from Southern Methodist University, specializing in adolescents, adult and couples therapy. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, substance use issues, chronic stress, lifestyle changes, grief and loss, and major life transitions. I also support couples navigating relationship challenges, including communication problems, infidelity, and sexual intimacy concerns.

My counseling approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. I don’t believe in “fixing” people—therapy with me is a safe space to explore your emotions, heal past wounds, and reconnect with your most authentic self.

I proudly serve the North Texas community, including Frisco, Prosper, McKinney, and along the 380 Corridor—where I've lived for over 15 years. As a lifelong Texan, I understand the unique challenges and strengths of our community. I’ve been married for 20 years, have a teenager in high school, and when I’m not in the office, I enjoy painting, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

If you’re looking for a therapist who offers a human, heart-centered approach to healing, I’m here for you.
