  • Anxiety

Everyone gets anxious about something in their life. You may feel nervous about speaking in front of people, or even to an individual. Change can also make us anxious. Some people say that it can feel like a racing heart, tight chest, or restless mind that just won’t slow down. You may notice trouble sleeping, irritability, difficulty sleeping, or feeling something really bad is about to happen.

  • Depression

Depression can often feel like a heavy fog that covers everything - thoughts, feelings, energy, and motivation. It can feel like a deep emptiness where there can be no joy. Some describe it as carrying and invisible weight. You may feel tired, stuck, drained, or disconnected from life. Depression looks different for everyone, and you can’t just snap out of it, but you can seek help to take back your joy!

  • Trauma

There are many types of trauma. They all share common threads, but can occur for anyone, for many reasons. Trauma often feels like being stuck in a moment, sometimes that feeling is consistent, sometimes it is triggered by certain things. Regardless of the type, trauma often feels like an open wound that you can’t seem to heal. The hope lies in the fact that you can indeed heal.

  • Grief and Loss

Grief and loss are different for each of us. Often times it feels like a deep ache that is impossible to move past. You may feel isolated, empty, and unseen. My goal is to provide a space for you to explore the loss at your own pace in safe environment. Sometimes there are a mix of emotions present, from anger, guilt, numbness - even happiness. Together we can work toward resilience and learning how to live after the loss.
