In the tension between what is and what could be - we begin.

I believe healing begins not in fixing, but in facing—with courage, honesty, and compassion.

Regarding both couples and adults, I believe in taking an intersectional approach. What that means is, you are you, or your relationship is your relationship. While someone else may look similar, they are not you or in your situation. We are all shaped by our experiences differently and no person is a monolith. I believe in cultural humility. All are welcome and all are supported.

Tiffany Hall

I recently completed my Master’s in the Science of Counseling at Southern Methodist University. My areas of specialty involve treating adults with anxiety, depression, trauma/abuse, substance abuse, stress, lifestyle management, grief, loss, and phase of life transitions. I also treat couples with relationship issues involving communication, infidelity, and sexual dysfunction.

A little about me, I am born and raised in Texas. I have lived on the 380 Corridor for 15 years (I remember when traffic wasn’t that bad). I have been married for 20 years, have one child in high school. I love to read, paint, and spend time with family and friends.

Therapy with me is collaborative, curious, and deeply human. I’m not here to fix you—I’m here to walk with you as you explore, grieve, expand, and ultimately find your way back to a more authentic version of yourself.
