Love Unlocked
Finding the keys to reconnect.
If you want a relationship that feels steady, warm, and real—not perfect, just better—Love Unlocked is built for that. Join me for a six‑week, no‑fluff program that teaches simple, research‑backed habits you can actually use between sessions. Think less lecture, more practice: short teaching moments, partner exercises, and homework that helps the small changes stick.
Why this approach actually works
This program starts with friendship because everything else grows from that base. It focuses on tiny, everyday moves—noticeable appreciation, quick responses to bids for attention, and short repair attempts when things go sideways. Those micro‑moments add up. Instead of trying to “fix” everything at once, you learn how to keep your connection alive, manage fights without wrecking the relationship, and build rituals that make you feel like a team.
What you’ll get out of six weeks
Stronger friendship through updated Love Maps so you really know what’s going on inside your partner’s head.
More warmth by practicing specific appreciation and turning toward small bids for connection.
Better fights by learning softened startups, repair attempts, and self‑soothing so arguments don’t spiral.
Deeper understanding of recurring conflicts by uncovering the dreams and values underneath them.
A shared identity through simple rituals and a one‑page action plan you can actually follow.
Quick tour of the sessions
Session 1 Foundations and Love Maps You’ll practice asking curious questions and doing short daily check‑ins so you keep learning about each other.
Session 2 Fondness and Turning Toward You’ll write specific appreciations and role‑play responding to everyday bids—small things that change the tone at home.
Session 3 Softened Startups Learn a short script to open hard conversations without blame so your partner doesn’t go on the defensive.
Session 4 Repair and Self‑Soothing Build a repair menu and a personal reset plan so you can calm down and come back to the conversation.
Session 5 Gridlock and Dreams Map a stuck issue and share the deeper hopes or fears behind it—this shifts fights into empathy.
Session 6 Shared Meaning Design a ritual, write a one‑page plan, and leave with concrete commitments to keep the work alive.
